International Happiness Day

20th March 2020
International Happiness Day

Friday 20th March was International Happiness Day. With the school closing for a while, for some, and the world experiencing unprecedented times, we felt it imperative to share and give happiness to each other.

Friday was a busy and exciting day for the children and staff. Classes made collaborative happiness banners; watched year 3 and 4's Easter performance; made rainbows to show in their windows; had an Easter egg hunt and, to continue the spread of happiness, all joined together to have a sing and dance.

We hope this happiness will continue whilst families are having to change their normal routine and complete learning and work from home. We hope everyone remembers to be ready, respectful and safe. Also, remember, if you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.

Thoughts are with everyone. Sending love and happiness from our families to yours!
