Weekly Well-Being Grids

 Hello St Sidwell's.

Your well-being is very important to us. We know that in order to be the best version of you, you need to feel happy and safe. It is why we try to make sure that each day in school we create time for some short activities which we enjoy doing. This could be some dancing, colouring, playing quick games etc. These are important because they help us to feel good about ourselves and they give us a brain break too.They are also one of the 10 a Day that we do each day. Are you still doing this? 

If not, have a go and see if you can start. It really does make a difference. 

We have created a Well-Being Grid for every week that we are not all in school together. This grid has lots of great Well-Being ideas on it. Chose one idea a day as part of your Learning. 

We have also created a Mindfulness Map with quick, quiet activities, if you just need a quick break from whatever you are doing.

This week I have put up the HEADS UP - Mental Health Awareness - 21 day Happiness Challenge.
Your challenge this week is to choose one of these to complete each day. 
You are all amazing and we miss seeing your smiling faces each day. Remember to look after yourselves by making time to complete a well-being activity and look after each other.
